About the event
Join Tribe Nonprofit for a welcoming and inclusive Little Lotus Yogis yoga class designed specifically for children with special needs. This 45-minute guided session is focused on connection, participation, and developmental support through movement and mindfulness.
What to Expect: An engaging, structured class led by an experienced yoga instructor, Ms. Jenn, who will guide you and your child through gentle yoga poses, breathing exercises, and calming routines while incorporating songs and play to:
